Lotel Partners places great importance on respecting your privacy and is committed to building strong and lasting relationships with you.

This data protection policy (the "Policy") aims to inform you as clearly as possible about our commitments and the measures implemented to ensure the respect of your Personal Data (the "Personal Data") with regard to applicable Moroccan, European, and French regulations.

This Policy applies to all services offered on the website (LOTEL.ma) (the "Website") as well as on the LOTEL mobile application (the "Application »).

This Policy is enacted in accordance with Law No 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data as well as the rules of the National Commission for the Control of Data Protection (hereinafter “CNDP») by which we are registered under the number D-2056/2025.

Lotel Partners : Data Controller

The data controller that collects Personal Data and implements the Processing described in this Policy is the company Lotel Partners, a limited liability company (SARL) registered with the Agadir trade register under number 60639 and whose registered office is at BV. Kadi Ayad IMM Malak 2nd floor no. 10/11 in Agadir (hereinafter "Lotel Partners" or "Us »).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process your personal data when you visit our travel-related website and informs you in particular of the rights you have concerning your personal data and tells you how to contact us.

3.1. Provide the services of the Platform LOTEL.ma

We process personal data to:

  • enable you to access the LOTEL.ma Platform and to make and receive payments,
  • provide you with assistance,
  • send you messages, updates, security alerts, and account notifications,
  • enable you to use our products and hosting services.

3.2. Develop and improve the LOTEL.ma Platform

We process personal data to:

  • perform analytics, debugging, and conduct research,
  • develop and improve our AI,
  • develop and improve our products and services, and
  • provide training to user support teams.

3.3. Personalize the LOTEL.ma Platform

We process personal data to:

provide a more personalized and relevant user experience, including by inferring user preferences, recommendations, and interests, based on information such as interactions on the Lotel.ma Platform, search and booking history, and profile information.

4. Data Protection Officer

Lotel Partners has appointed a Data Protection Officer whose mission is to ensure compliance with the regulations and rules described in this Policy.

You have the option to send your questions or complaints regarding the respect of your Personal Data by contacting the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of Lotel Partners at the address:support@lotel.ma.

Your requests will be processed as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty (30) days, except in special circumstances, in accordance with the regulations.
